This week the debate team competed in the eagerly anticipated Debate Mate League Final. The top 10 teams from around the country were invited to compete. We are delighted to announce that after winning both their debates on the day the Curwen Team finished third! The team were just one point away from making the final show down between the top 2 schools and performed incredibly in both debates.

Miss Rabeya who went with the children was blown away by their mix of compassion, competitive spirit and persuasive vocabulary during the competition. We could not be prouder of them! Well done to the whole club for getting the school so far!
