Year 4 Forest School

 

For Autumn and Spring Terms, in year 4 Forest School, we have covered a range of topics in science and geography including the water cycle, rivers and sound. Alongside this, we have also observed wildlife and changes in seasons along with many of Curwen’s core skills such as teamwork, communication, striving for success and resilience. Have a look at the photos of some of the things the children got up to.

In summer term, we will be learning about invertebrates, food chains and feeding (digestion and teeth) in science.

 

 

 

Year 3 Forest School

 

For Autumn and Spring Terms, in year 3 Forest School, we have covered a range of topics in science, geography and history including maps and data collection, the Stone Age, forces and rocks. As always, we have also observed wildlife and changes in seasons along with many of Curwen’s core skills such as teamwork, communication, striving for success and resilience. In summer term, we will be learning about plants and invertebrates in science.
