EYFS Nativity Concert

Christmas is a very special time of year, and this year our EYFS nativity was all about magic words. The magic words told a very special story about Mary and Joseph.

“Hello Mary. Hello Joseph”. The first magic word was Nazareth, where the story began. The angels danced all around Mary and told her she was going to have a baby. The children have been working extremely hard learning all their words and actions to put on an outstanding show in the morning and afternoon.

Another magic word was donkey, the little donkey travelled far on a very long journey to Bethlehem. Mary and Joseph knocked at all the Inns but they were all full up!

Eventually, they found a stable full of animals and a big red reindeer. Joseph made a bed for Mary and that night Jesus was born. The children all celebrated with their best dance moves.

The star was shining through the whole performance and guided the Shepard’s and the Three Kings to the stable. Everyone was talking about Jesus being born.

The children and staff all learnt how to sign we wish you a Merry Christmas. Why don’t you ask your child to teach you?

Everyone in EYFS has worked amazingly well yet again to put on a fantastic concert, we hope you agree.

We would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We look forward to what 2019 will bring.
