Curwen Visits 10 Downing Street
Curwen are delighted that due to Curwen’s reputation for “a fantastic commitment to fieldwork and the local environment” that we were invited to visit 10 Downing Street and enjoy the wildlife photography at the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition which was held at 10 Downing Street. Here they had the opportunity to enjoy the wildlife photography on display as well as being able to meet the photographers.
Following their superb ‘Rainforests’ project which they completed last year culminating in a film premier for staff and parents, 12 children from years 4 and 5 were invited to attend. They were very excited to go, and had a fantastic afternoon. We are so pleased and proud that they were also amazing ambassadors for the school: “We just wanted to say what an absolute delight it was having the children and staff from Curwen School attend Number 10 today. The Children were very engaged with all the exhibits and had lots of questions for the staff. They have definitely made the school proud!”
